We utilize ZenMaid as our scheduling and customer management platform.
Your information may be securely stored and processed within ZenMaid’s system. We operate in
compliance with ZenMaid’s privacy and security standards.

5. PAYMENT PROCESSING
All payment transactions are processed through trusted financial institutions, including
JPMorgan Chase & Co. (“Chase Bank”), or other secure payment providers we may use from
time to time.

• maidNthings LLC does not store, access, or process full credit/debit card information
• All card data is handled exclusively by the payment processor
• Payment information is secured and encrypted by the respective financial institution
  At no time cardholder data is accessible to our management or staff.

6. ACCESS & PROPERTY SECURITY
To perform services, clients may provide access information such as entry codes or keys.

• Access codes are kept strictly confidential
• Such information is only shared with authorized personnel when necessary for service
  access
• We take reasonable precautions to ensure the security of all client property access
  information

7. DATA SECURITY
We implement reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards to protect
