Do you offer one-time cleanings?

We primarily specialize in recurring cleaning services. One-time
cleanings may be offered depending on availability, but our focus is on
maintaining consistent, long-term service quality.

What areas do you service?

We proudly service the following areas in South Florida:

  • Miami-Dade County
  • Broward County
  • Monroe County (North Monroe County only)

If you are unsure whether your location falls within our service area,
please contact us directly for confirmation.

Do I need to be home during the cleaning?

We strongly recommend being present for your first cleaning to
ensure expectations are met.
After that, you are not required to be present, if access is provided.

What if something is missed during the cleaning?

We encourage honest feedback.

  • You must report any issues within 24 hours.
  • After 24 hours, the service is considered accepted.
  • If valid, we will:
    o Return to fix the issue
    o Offer a partial refund
    o Provide a credit or discount

What if I’m not satisfied with the first cleaning?

That’s exactly why we encourage you to be present for the first service.
If you’re not satisfied and notify us within 24 hours, we’ll work with you
to make it right.

What does your cleaning include?

Every cleaning is fully customized based on the Client’s needs.
• The scope of work is determined by mutual agreement between the
Client and maidNthings LLC prior to service
• Services performed will reflect exactly what has been agreed upon
• Additional requests must be communicated and approved in
advance

When is payment due?

• Initial cleaning: Payment is due immediately upon completion
• Recurring services: Payment is due within 24 hours of
completion, unless otherwise agreed
In certain cases, payment terms may be extended up to Net 14 (14 days)
if agreed upon by both parties prior to service.

Do you keep my card on file?

No—we do not store card information unless you give explicit
permission.
If you choose to keep a card on file:
It will only be charged after services are completed.
No automatic or unauthorized charges will occur

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept the following payment methods:
Credit/Debit Card (processed through secure providers such as
JPMorgan Chase & Co. or similar institutions)
Zelle
Check (not accepted for the initial cleaning)
All payment processing is handled securely, and we do not have access
to full card details.

What is your cancellation policy?

• Initial cleaning: 48 hours notice required
• Recurring services: 24 hours notice required
Cancellations made with less than 24 hours notice may result in a 30%
service charge, unless waived at our discretion.

What happens if I’m not home and you can’t get in?

If we cannot access the property:
• A no-show or lockout (15+ minutes) results in loss of deposit.
• This is due to lost time and scheduling impact.

Is there a minimum commitment?

Yes—recurring services require a minimum of 3 months.
This allows us to maintain consistent service quality and scheduling.

Are verbal agreements binding?

Yes—verbal agreements for recurring services are considered
enforceable.

Are your cleaners vetted?

Yes—all employees undergo background checks.
In certain cases, we may also conduct background checks on clients
when necessary to ensure the safety of our staff.

How do you handle access codes or keys?

• Access information is kept strictly confidential.
• Only shared with team members when necessary.
• Used solely for service access.

What if something gets damaged?

If damage occurs:
• Take photos immediately
• Report it to us right away
If valid, we will initiate a claim through our insurance provider.

Do you share my personal information?

No—we never sell or share your data.
All information is used internally only.

• Date of birth
Only when necessary for service and safety.
