maidNthings LLC
Effective Date: April 4, 2026
These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern the provision of residential and commercial
cleaning services by maidNthings LLC (“Company,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) to the client
(“Client,” “you,” or “your”).
By scheduling or using our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms.
1. SERVICES PROVIDED
maidNthings LLC provides professional residential and commercial cleaning services. Our
services are primarily structured for recurring service arrangements. One-time services
may be offered at the Company’s discretion but are not the primary service model.
2. INITIAL CLEANING & CLIENT PRESENCE
For the initial cleaning service, the Client is strongly encouraged to be present onsite to:
- Communicate expectations clearly
- Provide real-time feedback
- Ensure satisfaction with the service
If the Client is not present, the Client assumes responsibility for reviewing the service
within the timeframe outlined below.
3. SERVICE QUALITY & ISSUE REPORTING
We are committed to high-quality service and encourage honest feedback.
- Any issues must be reported within twenty-four (24) hours of service completion
- Reports must include a clear description of the concern
If no notice is received within 24 hours, the service will be deemed accepted and
satisfactorily completed
4. RESOLUTION OF SERVICE ISSUES
If a valid issue is reported within the required timeframe, maidNthings LLC may, at its sole
discretion:
- Return within approximately 24 hours to correct the issue
- Provide a partial refund
- Offer a discount or credit toward a future service
5. DAMAGE CLAIM PROCEDURE
If damage is believed to have occurred during service:
- The Client must immediately document the damage with photographs
- The Client must notify maidNthings LLC as soon as possible
Upon review, if the claim is determined to be valid: - The Company will initiate a claim through its insurance provider
- Resolution will be handled in accordance with the insurance process
Failure to report damages promptly may result in denial of the claim.
6. CLIENT RESPONSIBILITIES
The Client agrees to:
- Provide accurate service details
- Ensure safe and reasonable access to the property
- Secure or disclose fragile, valuable, or sensitive items
- Communicate special instructions in advance
7. ACCESS TO PROPERTY
If the Client is not present:
- Access instructions (keys, codes, etc.) must be provided
- All access information will be handled with confidentiality
8. PAYMENT TERMS
- Initial Cleaning: Payment is due immediately upon completion
- Recurring Services: Payment is due within twenty-four (24) hours of completion
unless otherwise agreed in writing prior to service
Card on File Policy - Card information is not stored on file unless explicit permission is given by the
Client - If the Client authorizes a card on file, the Company will only charge the card after
services have been completed - No charges will be made without proper authorization
9. CANCELLATION POLICY
- Initial Cleaning: Requires at least 48 hours’ notice
- Recurring Services: Require at least 24 hours’ notice
Cancellations made with less than 24 hours’ notice may result in a charge equal to 30% of
the scheduled service cost, unless waived at the Company’s discretion.
10. NO-SHOW & LOCKOUT POLICY
- No-show appointments result in forfeiture of any deposit
- Lockouts exceeding 15 minutes result in forfeiture of any deposit
11. MINIMUM SERVICE AGREEMENT
Recurring services require a minimum commitment of three (3) months.
By agreeing to recurring services, the Client acknowledges and accepts this minimum
service period.
12. LOCK-IN AGREEMENTS
Recurring service agreements, including verbal agreements, are considered binding and
enforceable.
13. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
maidNthings LLC shall only be liable for damages resulting from proven negligence.
The Company is not responsible for:
- Pre-existing damage
- Normal wear and tear
- Improper installation or defective materials
- Items not disclosed as fragile or high-value
14. FEEDBACK & CONTINUOUS IMPROVEMENT
We value long-term relationships and encourage feedback to continuously improve our
services.
15. MODIFICATIONS TO TERMS
maidNthings LLC reserves the right to update or modify these Terms at any time.
16. GOVERNING LAW
These Terms shall be governed by the laws of the State of Florida.
